PRIMER REGISTRO PALINOLÓGICO DE LA FORMACIÓN TASA CUNA (PÉRMICO INFERIOR), PROVINCIA DE CÓRDOBA, ARGENTINA
Abstract
The Tasa Cuna Formation outcrops in the northwestern of Córdoba Province and contains remains of the Gangamopteris flora. For the first time a palynological assemblage characterized by the abundance of cingulizonate spores and striate pollen grains has been recorded. These assemblages share striking resemblance with palynofloras from the Bajo de Véliz, Santa Máxima and El Imperial Formations.
