RASGOS ESTRUCTURALES DEL ESPECTRO POLINICO ATMOSFERICO DE MAR DEL PLATA (AGOSTO 1987 - AGOSTO 1989)
Abstract
Aeropalinology of Mar del Plata has been investigated for the first time during the past three years. Using a Burkard spore-tarp, dayly samples were studied and weekly counts for two consecutive years Principal Component Analysis were applied to 96 weekly observations of atmospheric pollen concentration. A seasonal pattern was found and its relationship to phenological traits of local vegetation is discussed.
