GRANOS DE POLEN DE CHENOPODIACEAE DEL NORDESTE ARGENTINO. GENEROS ATRIPLEX, CHENOPODIUM, HOLMBERGIA, SALICORNIA Y SUAEDA
Abstract
The pollen grains of 5 genera and 19 species of Chenopodiaceae from northeastern Argentina are examined. The species show close similarities among themselves and with the Amaranthus pollen type of Amaranthaceae. This morphologic homogeneity supports the close relationship of both families, already established on other botanical grounds. Notwithstanding, some differences could be observed among these Chenopodiaceae, both with the OM and SEM.Downloads
