NUEVOS DATOS PALINOLOGICOS DE LA FORMACION LAJAS, JURASICO MEDIO DE LA CUENCA NEUQUINA, ARGENTINA
Abstract
New palynological data from the Middle Jurassic Lajas Formation, Neuquén Basin, Argentina. Six spore types are described which have not been mentioned before from the Neuquén Basin: Antulsporites baculatus, Calamospora hartungiana, Dictyophyllidites equiexinus, Lycopodiumsporites facetus, Phaeocerosporites sp. and Tripartina variabilis. The material studied was obtained from different paleoenvironmental context: paleosoils, deltaplain sediments and lacustrine sediments.
